Who We Are
Our goal is to make property ownership more efficient and less stressful. We serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day management matters, coordinate communication with residents and vendors, and help owners protect their investment while working to control expenses, reduce vacancy, and maintain the property.
Each property is different. We provide individualized attention and practical recommendations based on the property, the owner’s objectives, market conditions, and applicable legal requirements.

Leasing and Resident Placement
Our leasing team monitors market conditions, develops a marketing strategy for each vacancy, coordinates showings, processes applications, and assists with lease preparation. Our objective is to place qualified residents as efficiently as reasonably possible while following applicable fair-housing, screening, and consumer-reporting laws.
Applicant screening may include lawful review of credit, income or financial qualifications, rental history, references, eviction-related information, and other permitted screening criteria. Screening standards and the information considered may vary based on applicable law and the property.

Lease documents and required disclosures are selected and prepared based on the property and transaction. When appropriate, PLS may also assist an owner with transitioning an existing tenancy to updated management documentation, subject to the existing tenancy and applicable law.
